Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace Migration

When a business needed to move from Microsoft 365 into Google Workspace, we handled the full scope of the project — migrating email, contacts, and OneDrive files into Google Workspace and Google Drive, then updating MX records so mail flow cut over cleanly to Google. The client's biggest concern going in was whether existing mailbox folders and folder structure would carry over, so we confirmed upfront that email content and folder organization would migrate intact, letting users find mail organized much like their original environment. Key lesson: some folder behavior does shift when Outlook folders are copied into Gmail, but the underlying data migrates completely and can be renamed or reorganized as needed — setting that expectation early made the transition feel seamless instead of alarming.
