Why doesn't Dropbox sync with my desktop or files?
The biggest cause is Apple and Windows Machine mismatch of the file name. Log out of the Dropbox icon, restart the computer, and log back in to Dropbox. The app should restart automatically and begin syncing. If you do not SEE the files and your partner does, a Mac or Apple-to-Windows mismatch could occur. Consistent company naming conventions are important.
What is domain verification and domain invite enforcement?
It locks the domain from other business users with the same domain to create their own account. This Domain Lock or Domain Enforcement is only available to customers on Dropbox Advanced, Business Plus, and Enterprise. Teams on an Enterprise plan also have access to domain insights and account capture.
Please explain how Hello Sign Subscription works
Unlimited signatures are not included with any subscriptions of Dropbox. While all subscriptions can send signature requests, the maximum is 3 per month. To send unlimited signature requests requires a separate Dropbox Hello Sign subscription, starting at $30 per user per month.
