Does the Kiosk plan include desktop Office applications?

No. The Kiosk plan includes web-based versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote plus Outlook for web — not desktop installations. If your team needs desktop apps, Microsoft 365 Business Standard or E3 is a better fit.

Does Microsoft 365 Kiosk include Teams and SharePoint?

Yes, with limits. Kiosk includes limited access to Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration, plus limited access to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for storing and sharing documents and files.

Can I cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund?

Yes. Cancel within 7 days of purchase or renewal for a full refund — this applies to both monthly and annual plans.

What happens if I cancel a monthly subscription after 7 days?

You can cancel anytime. There is no refund for the current month, and no charge for the next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel an annual subscription after 7 days?

Annual subscriptions paid upfront do not receive a full refund after 7 days, but you may receive a partial refund depending on the remaining term and license assignment.

Do Microsoft 365 subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions auto-renew by default. Business users can disable auto-renewal via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center; personal users can disable it via account.microsoft.com.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Users retain read-only access to data — emails, OneDrive, SharePoint — for 30–90 days after cancellation. After that period, Microsoft permanently deletes the data.
