Can I switch from Flexible to Annual later?
Yes. You can switch from Flexible to Annual at any time in the Admin console, though switching requires an annual upfront payment commitment. Switching from Annual back to Flexible is only available at contract renewal.
What happens if I cancel an Annual Plan early?
You're charged for the full remaining balance of your contract with no refunds. This is the key trade-off for the lower per-user price. If there's any chance you'll need to cancel before the year is up, start on Flexible.
