Before you start, here's what to know

Will my email go down during the migration?
No. We provision and test Google Workspace fully before changing any DNS records. The MX cutover is scheduled during a low-traffic window and monitored in real time. Most customers experience zero interruption.
What happens to my old emails stored on DreamHost?
We migrate your complete email history to Google Workspace via IMAP before the DNS cutover — so every message arrives safely before your DreamHost mailbox is closed.
How long does the migration take?
Most small business migrations (1–20 users) complete within 1–3 business days. The email history transfer runs in the background and does not interrupt your current service.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. We handle all DNS changes, IMAP configuration, Admin Console setup, and deliverability hardening. You just need to provide access to your DreamHost panel and approve the go-live timing.
What Google Workspace plan do I need?
We recommend Business Starter ($6/user/month) for most small businesses, or Business Standard ($12/user/month) if you need Meet recording, larger storage, or advanced search and archiving.
Can you migrate email for multiple employees at once?
