Switching Plans
Switching at the wrong time can result in unexpected charges. Here's exactly how each direction works.
You can switch from Flexible to Annual at any time in the Google Admin console. The switch requires an upfront annual payment. Your per-user price drops to the lower Annual rate immediately.
You can switch from Annual to Flexible during your free trial or at renewal. If you switch before renewal, the change takes effect on your renewal date and you're still charged the remaining annual commitment balance.
