Yes. We coordinate all DNS changes for the mail flow cutover, configure SPF and DKIM for Google Workspace, and set DMARC to enforcement policy. Email Migration Services →Google Workspace can be configured for HIPAA compliance, but it is not HIPAA compliant out of the box. You must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google, configure Core Services scope, disable certain consumer-facing features, and implement DLP and audit logging. We handle the full HIPAA configuration as part of our healthcare deployments.
For email migrations, Drive files are not affected — they stay in place. When migrating from Microsoft 365, we can also migrate SharePoint and OneDrive content to Google Shared Drives as a separate workstream, mapped to your team structure. All file migrations include a pre-migration inventory and post-migration verification before we close the project.
