What are the stages for an end user in Okta?

User Status Description
Active User has successfully authenticated and has access to Okta resources
Deactivated User account has been deactivated by an administrator and cannot log in
Locked Out User has exceeded the maximum number of failed login attempts and is temporarily locked out
Password Expired User's password has expired and they must change it before accessing Okta resources
Provisioning User account is in the process of being created, modified, or deleted
Suspended User has been suspended by an administrator and cannot log in
Recovery User is in the process of recovering their account after a forgotten password or account lockout
Pending User account has been created but has not yet been activated by the user
Staged User account has been created in Okta but has not yet been fully provisioned
Application User account exists only within an application and is managed by that application
