Now it's official, Microsoft Office 2019 will be the last offline version of the Office suite that the company will be releasing. After this, Microsoft will have users stick exclusively with Office 365 for always connected updates and use with multipe devices.

Google is adding shortcuts to files inside Google Drive without the need of copying the file. Files can be shared through Docs, Sheets, or PDFS but, users will still need permssion to access the original file. This feature will be rolling out only to paid G Suite users at this time.

Microsoft has issued a warning for users to beware of a fake 404 Error Page that tricks potential victims into handing out their Microsoft account information. The company claims that these 404 Error Page scams may not be affecting only them and to watch out for these pages asking for your credentials from other sources as well.
