Identity management company Okta has agreed to acquire Azuqua, a cloud automation provider for up to $74.5 million. With this acquisition, Okta's customers will be able to automate more business processes and connect more apps using Azuqua's integration platform. [ARN]

Microsoft has announced that they will bring big name cloud brands and services to South Africa. Amazon previously accounced they would make their services available to South Africa beginning in 2020. Microsoft wanted to be the first major player in the region with options like Office 365 and Azure ready to use. [Edgy]
