Okta's new Business @ Work report was released showing that businesses are investing more into security and mobility. The report says that "User-focused security apps dominate with KnowBe4, LastPass, and Proofpoint in the top three spots" [securitybrief]

The amount of company-based applications is increasing! According to a study by Okta, software apps developed by large firms have increased by over 68%. An average 129 apps are then downloaded per company. Global spending on enterprise software is to increase by 8.5% this year. [WSJ}

While Microsoft still holds the lead in the cloud market, Google's GSuite is becoming a contender with over one million new customers added in 2018. To achieve this, Google has offered over 300 new capabilities that it never had before like voice technology and security data. [ARNNet]
